Restaurants in Bangkok may be allowed to resume selling alcohol if the Ministry of Public Health agrees to forward the proposal for consideration by the Centre for Covid-19 Situation Administration (CCSA), National Security Council chief Gen Nattapon Nakpanich said yesterday.

Gen Nattapon, as CCSA's chief of operations, was responding to a question after the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration eased restrictions on five types of business, including beauty clinics and spas, from Mondayทดลองเล่นสล็อตฟรีทุกค่าย

Gen Nattapon said the CCSA would consider letting restaurants resume serving alcohol if the Ministry of Public Health put it on the meeting agenda.

The Thai Restaurant Association has written to Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha seeking to ease public health restrictions imposed on restaurants and eateries that drive down their income, asking to extend the dine-in services from 9pm to 11pm.
