Types of single girder hoists
single girder hoist can be grouped into two types, ceiling mounted single girder hoist and floor mounted single girder hoist. Ceiling mounted single girder hoist takes the advantage of the existing space. Floor mounted single girder hoist can travel stable and smoothly.

The single girder hoist has two operation methods, ground control or cabin control. Cabin control has open type and close type and can be installed on the left or right side according to practical situation. And the direction of entering the cabin has two ways, sideway and end-way.

Ceiling mounted single girder hoist

Require no floor space for support columns. The monorail tracks are:

Flush-mounted parallel to ceiling beams, or
Cross-mounted to ceiling beams, or
Mounted with any length drop-rods (requires sway bracing), including hangers for slopes up to 14 degrees.

Free standing single girder hoist

The freestanding single girder hoists is also called floor mounted or column mounted monorial crane which is an excellent alternative for work areas that cannot be serviced by bridge cranes: hard-to-reach locations, buildings with high ceilings, or—with our freestanding monorails—outdoor areas without existing overhead structures.
Freestanding monorail configurations include:

Cantilevered systems,
H-frame systems, typically requiring only standard 6-inch reinforced concrete floor,
T-frame systems, ideal for parallel monorail lines (e.g. send and return).
