No, you have understood him wrong (language problem).
Kleiner Onkel wants to say:
First collect some old mobiles, and then (we) choose the best PA of them.

It´s useless to ask about the ´best´ PA.
There might be many good PAs around.
Kleiner Onkel chose the QCPM-9401,
and i used the PF0140, nobody knows what is the best...

Anyway, you can just use what you can find...

taking output from this, how can a variable dc offset be added?
just connect voltage source through variable resistor? would u please tell

no chris, in other post i mentioned the problem with dc offset i m having, that's why i asked if i was doing any thing wrong with that. I was thinking i could use the same circuit with MAX2623 as well.
