Ignore the output signal! All measurement tools you have are not suitable at these frequencies! When you use an oscilloscope at the output, it shows you something wrong! Possible for testing are only a satellite receiver or a spectrum analyser.
a) You have a working sawtooth generator, ok.
b) Get the POS 1060 working. 10V and 30mA. If don´t get this, i cannot help. You might have damaged it before.

Man, when you apply 10V, there has to be a current of 30mA

here is my country the 220V and i m sure in germany its not same so um is also change .
i also think that is only problem that POS1060 is not tune. but is um is that much inprotant for any VCO
lets hope for the best

Hi, I used the 2nd channel of the oscilloscope to draw a 0V-line for channel 1. This is just a trick. If i would leave the line away, nobody could see the DC offset voltage of the signal.

as i read above u are saying use 17.5 DC (but sawthoth is AC signal .......) DC is just a ________________ and AC is/\/\/\/\/\
do u mean by 17.5v pack tp pack or 17.5DC ....

hi i was just reading post about u said that u can use 500mhz oscilloscope ..............i have ......how can i use that to see my jammer siganl,s and 100mhz also

Hy ...
did you mean the RF output ????
if you like to see jammers RF output source ... you'll need a spectrum analyzer.
But that's really expensive...!!!
you'll never see something interesting on a oscilloscope as well as our LF Jamming Signal. (remember ---> LF ... LOW FREQUENCY)
