How many of you have experienced workplace bullying as it is described in the book Mobbing: Emotional Abuse in the American Workspace.

In this context mobbing is referred to as a special kind of bullying.

I observed this kind of school management more than once here in Taiwan. One thing that really disgusted me in particular is that my previous employer told me not to talk to my coworker. She then claimed that he was a thief.

Several month later, when I found out that this was just her way of disposing unwanted employees, I confronted her about this.

Surely soon after, I became the target of this kind of emotional abuse myself.

If you become victim of Mobbing in the workplace (workplace bullying), don't hesitate and find a new job.

Contact the Council of labor affairs (CLA) about this. Maybe they can help you. But in the long term, it'll be better for you to move on.
