Hi! Does anyone know some more games to play with the kids?

Something like Duck Duck Goose?

GAME: MADAM CROCODILE

Prep:
On board vocab, letters, words, pictures of vocab.

1. Mark Two lines down the length of class with colored tape. Make sure there is a fairly large space between the two lines. Nothing should be in the way i.e desks books etc.

2. Write the vocabulary/letter/numbers on to name card sized pieces of paper.

Procedure:

Have one child stand between the lines. The rest of the class stand outside the lines.
The student in the middle reads a word/letter/number off the board. The person with that card has to cross over to the other side. The person in the middle has to tag them before they get to the other side.

Caution:

Kids get very excited playing this game. Lay down the rules before you start. It's better to play this in an area with a lot of space. Make sure kids know the material before getting into the game.
