Indisches Curry

Für 4 Personen:

5 EL Öl
2 TL Senfkörner
1 TL Bockshornklee
3 frische grüne Chilischoten, entkernt und fein geschnitten
1 Hand voll Curryblätter
2 daumengroße Stücke Ingwer, grob gerieben
3 Zwiebeln gewürfelt
1 TL Chilipulver
1 TL Kurkuma
6 Tomaten, klein geschnitten
1 Dose Kokosmilch(400ml)
Salz

Zubereitung:

In dem erhitzten Öl die Senfkörner zum platzen bringen. Dannach Bockshornklee, Chilischoten, Curryblätter und den Ingwer anbraten. Nach ein paar Minuten die Zwiebeln dazu geben anbräunen lassen und Chilipulver und Kurkuma dazu geben. Darauf hin die zerkleinerten Tomaten dazu geben und dünsten lassen. Dannach die Kokosmilch und ein bis zwei Tassen Wasser hinzufügen und 5 Minuten lang köcheln lassen.

Hähnchenversion:

4 Hähnchenbrüste in dünne Streifen schneiden
1 EL Korianderkörner, zerstoßen

Die Hähnchenstreifen mit den Korianderkörnern leicht anbraten und zu dem Curry geben und weiter 10 Minuten köcheln lassen.
