1. Explore examples

After reviewing the Template Articles and Questions from the College Board, read the answers provided carefully. Think like examiners: start analyzing why each of the essays received exactly these 3 marks (Reading, Analysis and Writing). Focus on the best examples and find traits in them that you can learn from.

2. Understand the position of the author

Before writing your first practice essay, make sure that you understand the passage and the essence of the author's reasoning, and not just the topic and your opinion on this matter. Underline key transitional words (such as, for example, furthermore, in contrast, however, etc.) and think about what meaning they give the overall essay writer line. Underline strong phrases, important words, and other anchor points that you find meaningful.

Think about what the writer was trying to say. How does the passage support the main claims? Is the evidence relevant and convincing? Is there any logic in their presentation? Are there any particular strengths or weaknesses in essay writing service argumentation? Is there any important information missing in the passage that could convince the reader?

3. Allocate time

As the product of a good carpenter, the structure of a great essay rests on thoughtful and thorough preparatory work. Make sure you are answering the sociology research question that is posed and that you are on course. By setting aside a few minutes at the beginning of your essay to take notes on your own answer, you can save valuable time by eliminating the need to revise the entire draft. Be sure to highlight three components in your outline:

Refer to the evidence provided by the author to support his claim.

Discuss how the author uses arguments to develop her ideas.

Refer to the author's style and rhetorical techniques for interacting with the reader and convincing the latter of the correctness of his point of view.

4. Be succinct but look deep

As in the old days, a long essay is still highly regarded, so try your best to fill the 3 pages provided with quality text. If your plan is good, then you have something to say without repetition and empty phrases. If your handwriting is too large, try to write smaller. Your task is to effectively use all the space at your disposal. Try to leave some margin in the margin just for the sake of highlighting a new paragraph. Don't skip the lines, you can fill them in with words that will bring you extra points!

5. Sprinkle everything with magic powder

To get an essay worthy of a high grade, be sure to use a few of your own rhetorical "embellishments": buzzwords, literary tricks, and even statistics and quotes that you remember while preparing for the test. Used wisely, these tools can work in your favor, just as they helped the author of the passage you are going to analyze during the exam.
