1.Installation method of KBK track:

3.After the boom is installed, the rails need to be connected.
Connecting bolts can use hexagonal socket wrenches with universal joints.
When connecting, the bolts should be tightened evenly according to the regular torque. If the ends of the bolt joints are not tightened evenly, the guide rail will bend.
When several tracks are suspended, it is necessary to cross a horizontal plane, if it is a straight line. Even if there is an error, the horizontal height should not exceed 10mm.
4.Next step, it is necessary to install and run trolleys, cable cars and built-in buffers on the track. In order to install smoothly, it is necessary to drill holes on the top of the track, and close the end of the rail with the buffer end cover, and use the bolts on the ice crystal end cover according to the regular torque to ensure the safe operation of the trolley.
