Hi,

I am tring to build the phone jammers based on your instructions and hope it works but I need more input from you.

I brought a Simens S6 phone instead of S10, is the VCO compatible (see attached photo) ?

Hy...


The white thing on the PCB is the DIPLEXER (DFY21r....) A diplexer seperate between RX (935Mhz - 960Mhz) & TX (890Mhz - 915Mhz) signal from the antenna.

The other black IC (CGY....) is the POWER AMP ...

I thought Siemens S6 contain a PF01414A Power Amp ..??

Thats not really a S6 Cellphone ...??? for GSM Europe ...

Tomorror i will upload better picures of my Siemens S4

Which model and brand of phone should have the right power amp ??

every cellphone in the 900Mhz GSM Band use Power Fet's ,,, but
it's easyer to take a hybrid amp with 4 contacts ... like

(1)IN
(2) Preeamp in Class A
(3) Main Amp in Class C
(4) Output ...

like those in the Siemens S4 Cellphone.

It's to late to upload a couple of pictures....
but maybee tomorrow.

But the pictures that I sent do not have hybrid amp on it ???
If I buy another phone like Nokia 3310, do you think they had hybrid amp
inside ?

Wo findet man denn ein Datenblatt zu dem Teil? Nichts gefunden, kann man den überhaupt verwenden?

I´ve asked if i can use a PF08112B amp for the Jammer.
Cant find a datasheet ;(
