@ Exciter ,,,,

The red line show the way to the RF input of the power amp.
I don't find any datasheed of the RF amp. but maybee
(1) is the preeamp. (Class A ... in GSM on switch)
(2) main amp (Class C & always on power)
(3) RF input from the VCO
(4) RF output to the pin-switch & bandpass network
case - ground

Die rote Linie zeigt den Weg vom VCO (Voltage Controlled Oscillator)
zum HF Verstärker.
Leider finde ich auch kein Typenblatt ,,, aber ich denke mal ...
(1) ist der Vorverstärker (bekommt nur beim senden Strom)
(2) der Nachverstärker (er ist immer an Plus, da er in class c arbeitet)
(3) HF Eingang
(4) HF Ausgang

der Amp. macht mindestens 33db/m output bei über 20 db Verstärkung.

don't unsolder the power amp. ... cut the PCB with a DREMEL TOOL...
---take care,,,,don't broke it.

What VCO ??? Thy looking after a POS1060 or eqal. one.

Start to solder a noise generator or take a funktion generator.

about the Siemens_A36 picture please upload the table of contents and its functions.
i dont know the function of any chip except the PF08112B .
