I've just terminated my contract at a cram school here in Taiwan.

Throughout the three years that I was teaching at that school, the owner never cared about the contract much. They constantly kept changing my hours, did not pay my health insurance, vacation, tax and welfare benefits. 

Have you experienced the same thing here before?
